Duck Dive Dailies
Introducing the Duck Dive Dailies! Adapted from the Pursuit of Balance Program, we've developed simple, daily life skill lesson for children ages 3-6. These lessons will provide them with the tools to build connectedness between their mind and body, effectively express emotions and gain confidence in who they are. Sessions are led by Certified Life Coach and Founder of Pursuit of Balance, Kendra Goheen.

15 minutes Healthy Snack Prep and Eat
1 Hour Summer Sessions
Morning Session 8 Sessions 9-10 am on Tuesday and Wednesday Dates: June 20, 21, 27, 28 and July 11, 12, 18, 19 |
