Your acceptance of these contract terms shall constitute an agreement between Kendra Goheen LLC, and/or representative of said company (such as Pursuit of Balance Life Strategy Coach), and $FIRSTNAME$ $LASTNAME$, as a result of purchasing any services. The Coach/Instructor - Client/Learner relationships will begin once payment is received for the services you have purchased.

“Life Strategy Coaching” refers to individual coaching with Kendra Goheen
“Program” is the Pursuit of Balance Programs - Foundation Program and Immersion Program
“POB Lifestyle Education Training” refers to the Pursuit of Balance Lifestyle Practitioner, Pursuit of Balance Life Strategy Internship and Capstone

Intellectual Property Terms of Use: Any Kendra Goheen LLC (“Kendra Goheen”) materials, to include Pursuit of Balance Program Course Materials (“Course Materials”) including all of its contents (including, but not limited to, The Pursuit of Balance Learner's Workbook, all information, text, displays, images, video & audio, design, selection, and arrangement thereof), whether printed or digitally shared by Kendra Goheen, the Pursuit of Balance organization, its officers, or agents, are owned exclusively by Kendra Goheen and is protected by the United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Any use of the Course Materials not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of use and may violate United States copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Life Strategy Coaching Programs: Coaching, Pursuit of Balance Instruction Coaching Services or Training are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice.

Pursuit of Balance Immersion Program Participation: You will need to honor an 80% participation commitment. If you miss more than 3 live lessons you will be asked to begin the program again at another time within a year of your Initial Lesson starting date, unless other arrangements have been made between yourself and your instructor.

Pursuit of Balance Pathway Participation: You will need to honor a 100% participation commitment. If an event arises where you will be unable to complete the training, you will be asked to join a training weekend within one year of when your original training date began.

Pursuit of Balance Immersion Program Access: Access to the POB Program content will begin on the day of your Meet and Greet, and unless otherwise specified, will end one week after your graduation date.

Pursuit of Balance Foundation Program Access: Access to the POB Program content will begin prior to your Introduction Session, and unless otherwise specified, will end one week after your program end date.

Life Strategy Coaching Refund: Refunds will be given up to 48 hours after purchase. There will be no refunds given after the initial session. Unused session(s) can be banked for up to twelve months from your agreement date. Unused sessions may be gifted to a friend or family member presuming I deem that person suitable for Life Strategy Coaching Programs. You are responsible to fulfill the agreed upon terms of this contract.

Pursuit of Balance Immersion Program Refund: There is a $400 non-refundable deposit. If the class start date is known, the remaining program fee will process 1 week prior to your class start date. If the class start date is unconfirmed at the time of your initial payment, the next recurring payment will be 1 month after the original payment date. Refunds for the program fee (minus the $400 non-refundable deposit) will be given up to 48 hours after the class start date. If an event presents itself and you need to withdraw after that timeframe, your funds will be applied to your re-entry to the course within a year of your initial start date of the program.

Pursuit of Balance Foundation Program Refund: The initial payment of $398.50 is non-refundable. Refunds for the remaining program fee will be given up to 48 hours after the class start date. If an event presents itself and you need to withdraw after that timeframe, your funds will be applied to your re-entry to the course within a year of your initial start date of the program.

Pursuit of Balance Pathway Refund: The cancellation policy deadline to refund your training fee is three weeks prior to the start date of training. You will be refunded 50% of the fee paid. If an event arises and you need to withdraw after the first day of training, your fee paid will be applied to your re-entry to another training within a year of your initial start date of training.

Other Service(s) Refund: Refunds will be given up to 48 hours after purchase.

Cancellation Policy, to include all sessions scheduled between said Coach and Client: A 24-hour notice is required. Same-day cancellations or failing to show up for your appointment results in a full charge.

Pursuit of Balance Life Strategy Coach - Annual Licensing and Evaluation Renewal Fee: The Annual Licensing Renewal Fee is due on the anniversary of your certification date.

To monitor and maintain the integrity of the research, ongoing evaluation tools are created and provided by the Pursuit of Balance team to all Pursuit of Balance Life Strategy Coaches. Coaches are required to administer the Pursuit of Balance evaluation tools to participants in relevant unit reviews/workshops/monthly sessions, as part of the ongoing evaluation commitment required for maintaining certification.

E-newsletter and Blog: As part of this agreement you will receive a free subscription to the monthly e-newsletter and blog. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting me or selecting "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the e-newsletter or blog.

Co-Active Responsibility: I will not make decisions for you or advise in any way what decision or decisions you should make for yourself.

This is sacred work and I honor you for where you are at this moment. This is a co-active agreement in which you will be expected to actively participate in your life and in any changes you desire.

Life Coaching, Spiritual Direction, Pursuit of Balance Instruction Coaching Services or Training are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. You are responsible for creating your own decisions and results. You agree not to hold me, the Life Strategy Coach teaching your program, or any company I am affiliated with, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from any of these processes.

Please be mindful our time together will vary depending on services and unless otherwise noted.
